COURSE /PHASE / STREAM Change Policy for Session 2024-25 and 2025-26
If you are looking to make changes to your course, change in Course commencement date, or medium, here are some frequently asked questions that might help.
After Fee Deposition Course/Phase/Stream Change is permissible (subject to availability of seat and performance of the student) on payment of prescribed fee as per list given below along with the difference of Course Fee:

You can access and cover your missed sessions through the recorded lectures available on your portal.
You can request a phase change by calling us at 9513736499 or emailing wecare@allen.in within 15 days of the course start date. Please mention reason for phase change and preferred phase. Our academic team will connect with you, and if after finalizing the suitable phase we shall change it.

Our team will inform you about the applicable charges (as per transfer policy) and fee difference/refund (if any). Once confirmed, the change will be processed.
As per the policy, a course can be changed from recorded to live or vice-versa within 15 days from the course commencement date.
Batch change is possible only if the desired batch with the shift (morning/evening) is available. Our team will check the availability and assist you accordingly.
Yes, you can raise the request by calling us at 9513736499 or emailing wecare@allen.in within 15 days from the course commencement date, along with the reason for the change. If a seat is available in the requested batch, the request will be processed.
Phase changes are not allowed in Test Series, DLP courses, or recorded-only courses. It is permitted only in Live or Live+Recorded courses as per the transfer policy
Yes, you can request a course change from Online to Offline by calling our helpline at 9513736499 or emailing us at wecare@allen.in. Our team will inform you about the fee difference and share the payment link. Once the payment is completed, the course will be updated. Please note, this request will be considered only upon approval.
