JEE Advanced Syllabus
The JEE Advanced syllabus covers Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics at the Class 11 and 12 level, but with significantly greater depth and analytical rigour than JEE Mains or board exams. It is prescribed by the Joint Admission Board (JAB) and does not follow NCERT verbatim — several advanced topics such as electrochemistry, rotational mechanics, and coordinate geometry go well beyond the standard board curriculum. The syllabus is divided across approximately 60–65 topics in total and is tested through two 3-hour papers (Paper 1 and Paper 2), each containing all three subjects. There is no official chapter-wise weightage published by JAB, but analysis of past papers shows Mathematics and Physics together account for roughly 65–70% of the scoring difficulty.JEE Advanced Paper 1 & 2 Syllabus: Subject-wise
