Refund Policy (2026-27)
● This policy applies to academic Session 2026-27.

● Refunds are not applicable on Online Learning Test Series (OLTS) & Distance Learning Programs (DLP), Video Lecture Programs, Doubtnut Hindi Medium courses, Powerplus courses, International Olympiads and workshops.

1.0How to Apply for Refund for Online Programs?
1. The last date to apply for a Refund is within 15 days of the course start date. Days will be counted from the class commencement date. A refund is not permissible after 15 days from the course commencement date. By purchasing any ALLEN Online Program 15 days after the course commencement date, you acknowledge and agree that you (a) take full responsibility for purchasing a course that is ineligible for a refund; and (b) shall have no claim against ALLEN Career Institute Private Limited for your ineligibility to request a refund for such course.
2. Amounts deductible in Refund Cases (Towards Administrative and Academic Expenses) are mentioned course-wise in the table below.
Refund policy for one-year course(1-year courses)

Refund Policy for JEE/NEET Live 2 Years Courses (AY 26-28)
* Applicable for purchase done AY 26-28.
Total fee paid ( including any discounted fee) will be divided into two equal parts for the purpose of calculating the second-year refund amount for 2 year courses.
Illustrative Example
If a student purchases a 2 year course refund policy will be implemented every year during the course duration. Refunds can be requested within 15 days of course commencement for each session. Listing price is inclusive of GST.
Refund Policy for PNCF Live Multi-year Courses
Note:
- Cancellation charges are applicable for each academic year separately, if the student continues in the program.
- If a student cancels the entire multi-year course during the first year itself, only one-time cancellation charges of ₹10,000 will apply for the remaining duration.
- Refund requests submitted after 15 days from commencement of the respective academic year will not be eligible for refund.
- Refund processing timelines will follow the standard Allen refund policy timelines.
Refund Calculation Methodology
For multi-year courses, the per-year fee will be calculated using the following formula:
Per Year Fee = Total Fees Paid ÷ Course Duration (in years)
Illustrative Example
Example 1 : 3-Year Course
Total Fees Paid: ₹1,30,000
Per Year Fee = ₹1,30,000 ÷ 3 = ₹43,334 (approx.)
Example 2 : 2-Year Course
- Total Fees Paid: ₹ 90,000
- Course Duration: 2 Years
Per Year Fee = ₹ 90,000 ÷ 2 = ₹45000

Currently we allow changes only to our Live Class and Courses.
After Fee Deposition, Course/Phase/Stream Change is permissible (subject to availability of seat and performance of the student) on payment of prescribed fee as per list given below along with the difference of Course Fee:
3.0Refund Policy Exception for Leader and Achiever Batches (AY 26-27)
- If an enrolled Student secures admission through any Competitive Examination to a Government Medical College in India for MBBS/BDS or to any Engineering College in India for B.Tech./B.E./B.Arch. (for the course to which he/she has been admitted), he/she shall be eligible under this policy.
- Refund of fee will be applicable only for the courses described above. Refunds will not be made for B.Pharma / B.YNS / B. Physiotherapy / B.VSc, B.Sc. and other Courses.
- For this, the following documents must be submitted for refund
- Invoice of ALLEN Digital Course.
- Photocopy of College Call Letter / Counseling Letter.
- Fee Receipt of College Admission.
- Canceled Cheque or Bank Passbook first page copy of Father / Mother Bank Account:

4.0Refund Policy (2025-26)

How to Apply for Refund for Online Programs?
1. The last date to apply for a Refund is within 15 days of the course start date. Days will be counted from the class commencement date. By purchasing any ALLEN Online Program 15 days after the course commencement date, you acknowledge and agree that you (a) take full responsibility for purchasing a course that is ineligible for a refund; and (b) shall have no claim against ALLEN Career Institute Private Limited for your ineligibility to request a refund for such course.

- To apply for a Refund, please follow below steps:
- Log in to this refund portal for 25-26 subscriptions with your Date of Birth (DOB) and form number
- Check your personal details here to know your DOB entered in the ALLEN portal. If your DOB is not updated, update before applying for refund

4. Refund requests made verbally or through phone/email shall not be entertained in any case
5. No refund will be made after the Last Refund Date.
6. Refunds will be credited to the Father / Mother Bank Account through NEFT / RTGS mode only. For this, you must submit a Cancelled Cheque or Bank Passbook first page scanned copy.
7. Refund rules are SAME even
- If a student joins the class after the commencement date or
- If a student doesn’t join or attend even a single class at all or
- If a student applies for a refund before the start of the class.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, Students/Parents must meet the following criteria:
1. They must have successfully enrolled in a Live course or program offered by Allen. OLTS (Online test series) and recorded sessions are not eligible for refunds
2. Their enrollment must not be terminated by Allen for a cause, including but not limited to, violation of the code of conduct, violation of the enrollment policy, breach of trust, or any other behavior that Allen considers to be disruptive or harmful to other Students/Parents or staff.
3. The Student/Parent should have reached out to Allen via the established refund process as outlined in ALLEN Online refund portal.
4. Mode of payment
a. Customers paying using financing partners offered by Allen
i. Cancellation before the expiry of Cooling Off Period: In the event cancellation of Product purchase initiated by the Customer is prior to / within the cooling off period, no cancellation fees will be charged. Allen shall provide 100% Refund via credit partner
To this Agreement, the cooling-off period is defined to mean 72 hours from the date of final payment made.
ii. Cancellation is before or within 15 days of the course commencement date: In the event of cancellation of Product purchase that has been initiated by the Customer, which is confirmed by Allen, is before or within 15 days of the course commencement date, Allen shall charge cancellation fee as outlined.
In case the amount paid by the customer is higher than the cancellation fee charged by Allen, Allen will refund the excess amount to the finance co. only after adjusting for the cancellation fees.
Cancellation is after 15 days of the course commencement date: In the event of cancellation of Product purchase that has been initiated by the Customer, which is confirmed by Allen, is after 15 days of the course commencement date, Allen shall forfeit the entire balance paid by the customer and no refund will be issued.
b. Customers paying directly without availing of the service of a Financing partner offered by Allen
i. Cancellation is before or within 15 days of the course commencement date: In the event of cancellation of Product purchase that has been
initiated by the Customer, which is confirmed by Allen, is before or within 15 days of the course commencement date, Allen shall charge cancellation fee as outlined.
In case the amount paid by the customer is higher than the cancellation fee charged by Allen, Allen will refund the excess amount paid by the customer after deducting for the cancellation fees.
ii. Cancellation is after 15 days of the course commencement date: In the event of cancellation of Product purchase that has been initiated by the Customer, which is confirmed by Allen, is after 15 days of the course commencement date, Allen shall forfeit the entire balance paid by the customer and no refund will be issued.
Refund Policy Exception for Leader and Achiever Batches (Academic Year 2025)
1. If an enrolled Student gets Admission to any Medical / Engineering College (for which he/she has been admitted) located in India for MBBS / BDS / B.Tech. / B.E. / B.Arch. only through any Competitive Examination.
2. Refund of fee will be applicable only for the courses described above. Refunds will not be made for B.Pharma / B.YNS / B. Physiotherapy / B.VSc, B.Sc. and other Courses.
3. For this, the following documents must be submitted for refund
1. Invoice of ALLEN Digital Course.
2. Photocopy of College Call Letter / Counseling Letter.
3. Fee Receipt of College Admission.
4. Canceled Cheque or Bank Passbook first page copy of Father / Mother Bank Account:

● A 25% deduction will be applied to the final amount paid after the scholarship, to account for administrative costs—including the student kit, study materials, or the cancellation fee amount as per regular refund policy —whichever is higher.
Validity:
● This refund policy exception will remain applicable for refund requests submitted on or before September 30th, 2025.
For Offline Courses/Classroom Program
Important Points
- Admission in a particular course at a particular location is subject to the availability of seats.
- Keep your fee receipt safely; in many cases it will work as an authentic proof of your registration at ALLEN.
- After fee deposition, students must complete the face registration process for attendance purposes and collect a permission card by showing the original fee acknowledgement.
- After completing the admission process, the student's batch & building details will be sent to him/her by SMS on Father’s/Mother’s mobile number 2 days before class commencement. After that he/she has to report in the institute/class venue along with his/her permission card on the date & time as specified in the SMS.
- After Fee Deposition Course/Phase/Stream/Study Center Change is permissible (subject to availability of seats and performance of the student) on payment of the prescribed fee as per the list given below along with the difference of the course fee:
