Refund policy - Session 2024-25
  • Refunds are applicable only on ALLEN Online Programs. Details are listed below

  • Refunds are not applicable on Online Learning Test Series (OLTS) & Distance Learning Programs (DLP) and Video Lecture Programs.


How to Apply for Refund


  1. The last date to apply for a Refund is within 15 days of the course start date. Days will be counted from the class commencement date. A refund is not permissible after 15 days from the course commencement date.

  2. Amounts deductible in Refund Cases (Towards Administrative and Academic Expenses) are mentioned course-wise in the table below.

  3. To apply for a Refund, please follow below steps:
    1. Log in on the refund portal, with your Date of Birth (DOB) and form number
      1. Check your personal details here to know your DOB. If your DOB is not updated, update before applying for refund

      2. To get your form no. please contact the support center at +91- 9513736499

  4. Refund requests made verbally or through phone/email/fax shall not be entertained in any case

  5. No refund will be made after the Last Refund Date.

  6. Refunds will be credited to the Father / Mother Bank Account through NEFT / RTGS mode only. For this, you must submit a Cancelled Cheque or Bank Passbook first page scanned copy.

  7. Refund rules are SAME even
    1. If a student joins the class after the commencement date or

    2. If a student doesn’t join or attend even a single class at all or

    3. If a student applies for a refund before the start of the class.


Refund in Special Case After Last Refund Date


  1. If an enrolled Student gets Admission to any Medical / Engineering College (for which he/she has been admitted) located in India for MBBS / BDS / B.Tech. / B.E. / B.Arch. only through any Competitive Examination, the refund will be made after deducting an amount equivalent to double the Refund amount deductible out of the Fee Paid. Refund shall not be payable if the amount paid is less than the amount equivalent to the Refund amount.

  2. Refund of fee will be applicable only for the courses described above. Refund will not be made for B.Pharma / B.YNS / B. Physiotherapy / B.VSc, B.Sc. and other Courses.

  3. The last date for such a special case refund is 30/09/2024.

  4. For this, the following documents must be submitted by email with Refund Application to wecare@allen.in
    1. Invoice of ALLEN Digital Course.

    2. Photocopy of College Call Letter / Counseling Letter.

    3. Fee Receipt of College Admission.

    4. Canceled Cheque or Bank Passbook first page copy of Father / Mother Bank Account
