The Common University Entrance Test (CUET) is an annual national-level exam conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) for admissions to various undergraduate (UG) programs at central universities under the Ministry of Education, and other participating universities, institutions, organizations or autonomous colleges. Taking the CUET is mandatory for students seeking admission to these universities. CUET UG 2026 will be held tentatively between May 13 and June 03, 2026 in about 13 languages across 380 cities, including 26 outside India. *Please Note: Each test paper will last 45 minutes except for the Mathematics/Applied Mathematics, Accountancy, Physics, Chemistry, Economics, Computer Science/Informatics Practices, and General Tests, which will last 60 minutes.

The application process for CUET UG 2026 will be entirely online. Interested candidates must meet the eligibility criteria to apply. Registration for CUET 2026 will open on the official website in the last week of February 2026.
Steps for CUET UG Registration
Step 1: Register by providing your personal details such as name, date of birth, email address, phone number, etc. Create a strong password and verify your email address and mobile number.
Step 2: Fill out the application form using the application number and pre-created password.
Step 3: Upload the required documents, scanned photograph and signature.
Step 4: Pay the application fee online via debit/credit card, net banking, Paytm, or UPI.
