Telangana NEET  Counselling 2026 is the state-level admission process for MBBS and BDS courses offered by government and private medical and dental colleges affiliated with Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS). The counselling is conducted online for candidates who qualify NEET 2026 and fulfil the prescribed eligibility criteria. Through this process, eligible candidates can apply for Competent Authority Quota seats in government and private colleges, while admissions to Management Quota and NRI Quota seats are also conducted by KNRUHS through separate notifications. The admission process includes online registration, certificate verification, publication of the state merit list, web options (choice filling), seat allotment, and reporting to the allotted college.   2. Fill the Application Form: Complete all mandatory fields, including personal details, academic qualifications, and NEET scores.
  3. Upload Required Documents: Upload scanned copies of your NEET admit card, NEET scorecard, Class 10 and Class 12 marksheets, Transfer Certificate, Caste Certificate (if applicable), and other required documents.

Candidates can participate in Telangana NEET Counselling 2026 by following these steps:

  1. Register on the official KNRUHS counselling website.
  2. Complete the online application form.
  3. Upload the required documents.
  4. Pay the prescribed counselling fee.
  5. Check the merit list published by KNRUHS.
  6. Complete certificate verification, if required.
  7. Exercise web options by selecting and locking your preferred medical and dental colleges.
  8. Check the seat allotment result.
  9. Download the seat allotment letter.
  10. Report to the allotted college with the required documents to complete the admission process.

9.0Eligibility Criteria for Telangana NEET Counselling 2026 

To be eligible for Telangana NEET UG counselling, candidates must meet the following requirements:

1. NEET UG 2026 qualification: Applicants must have taken the NEET 2025 exam and received the minimum score needed.

2. Age Limit: Candidates must be at least 17 years old by December 31, 2026.

3. Educational Qualifications: Candidates must have passed the Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English sections of Class 12 or its equivalent exam with the following percentage:

  • General Category: Minimum 50% aggregate
  • SC/ST/OBC: Minimum 40% aggregate
  • General-PwD: Minimum 45% aggregate
